The efficiency of DPP-4 inhibitors in combination with metformin in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 and obesity

Abstract

Complex nature of diabetes mellitus suggests further immersion in her study and fundraising timely feedback. The article presents the results of a study showing that in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 who have not reached the target values of glycemia on metformin monotherapy, the use of fixed-dose combination sitagliptin + metformin achieves expressed improvement in glycemic control and indicators of fat metabolism.
