Difficulties in the differential diagnosis of diabetic foot syndrome
AbstractMaterials publications are designed to help clinicians in differential diagnosis of forms of diabetic foot syndrome. Separation of patients with diabetic foot syndrome in the group on the basis of neuropathy, angiopathy or osteoarthropathy when doctor met the patient first time can start early pathogenetic therapy and reduce the risk of amputation. Endocrinologist at an early stage of diabetes treatment is able to create the foundation for the prevention of late complications and significantly improve the chances of the patient to maintain support ability throughout life.
