Optimization of diabetes mellitus type 2 treatment in a disease onset

Abstract

In article results of application of Reduxine®Met (sibutramin+metformine) or metformin at patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 in a disease debut according to endocrinological office of policlinic of Regional clinical hospital No. 3 of Chelyabinsk are analysed. Reduxine®Met's therapy was carried out for 6 months and was followed by weight reduction, improvement of indicators of carbohydrate and lipidic exchanges. Long optimum metabolic control of diabetes mellitus type 2 is reached at starting therapy with application of a preparation Reduxin®Met that is important part in treatment of diabetes mellitus type 2, in prevention macroand microvascular complications.
