The elimination of glucose- and lipotoxicity at the young patients with the type 2 diabetes mellitus and the visceral obesity by the using of the innovational glucose rescue therapy

AbstractThere are presented the clinical cases of the use at real clinical practice the double combination "metformin + innovational drugs (incretinmimetic liraglutide or inhibitor SGLT2 dapagliflozin)" at the young patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and visceral obesity. We observed the decressing glucose- and lipotoxicity at the compliant patients, if adequate physical activity and rational foods took place. The improvement of the glycemic quality was associated with the tendency to achievement of the normal physiological balance between the adipokines.
