Structural and functional heart remodeling in diabetes mellitus: clinical and instrumental evaluation
AbstractThe purpose of the study - the study of the structural and functional remodeling of the heart in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 in assessing the risk of cardiovascular complications. Hypertrophy and remodeling of the left ventricle with segmental structural failures cause the violation of diastolic function contribute to the progression of heart failure and the formation of myocardial electrical instability. Study of features of structural-functional changes of the left heart in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 with the formation of dysfunction of the left ventricle should be taken into account in determining cardiovascular prognosis and prediction of degree of risk.
