AbstractАсcording to recent data of obesity and type 2 diaЬetes are closely related pathogenically. This article discusses the clinical aspects of management of patients with type 2 diaЬetes and oЬesity. The authors give evidence-based recommendations on hypoglycemic therapy and different weight reduction strategies in these patients.
