Clinical case of partial hypogonadotropic hypogonadism in boys with constitutional delay of puberty

AbstractIn patients with deLayed puberty the main probLem is the diagnosis of the causes of this condition, differentiaL diagnosis of the physioLogicaL state (constitutionaL deLay of puberty) and pathoLogicaL conditions (hypo-/hypergonadotrophic hypogonadism). However, some patients have a combination of these conditions: partiaL hypergonadotropic hypogonadism and constitutionaL deLay of puberty.
