Clinical case of the ectopic ACTH syndrome

AbstractThe main diagnostic difficulty of ACTH-ectopic syndrome is to localize neuroendocrine tumor. Even small-sized neuroendocrine tumor may lead to bright clinical picture of complicated hipercorticism. This clinical case is an example of successful application of diagnostic algorithm in real clinical practice.
