Features of polyglandular autoimmune syndrome type 1 clinical progression

AbstractAutoimmune polyglandular syndrome type 1 (APS-1) is a rare monogenic disease that affects both endocrine and non-endocrine organs. Periodic examination of patients with this pathology is necessary for the purpose of early detection of other components of the syndrome, Treatment of APS-1 is carried out using multicomponent therapy with high doses of drugs.
