The hypoadiponectinemia as the marker of the glucotoxicity and the lipotoxicity at the patients with the type 2 diabetes mellitus and the visceral obesity

AbstractThe paper reviews the pathophysiological effects of the adiponectin, which is connected the glucose and lipid metabolism and characterized by the antiatherogenic properties. It were presented the negative consequences of the hypoadiponectinemia at the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and the visceral obesity under the conditons of the glucotoxicity and the lipotoxicity, as well as the indexes of the adiponectin resistance.
