Primary adrenal insufficiency

AbstractPrimary adrenal insufficiency (syn.: Addison's disease, hypocorticism, primary hypoadrenalism) is one of the most severe polysymptomatic endocrine disorders in which the destruction of the cortex results in deficiency of corticosteroids' production.
