Metabolic syndrome: the innovation approach in diagnostics

Abstract

Metabolic syndrome (MS) is a condition associated with impaired metabolic processes. The main value of MS is to identify individuals at increased risk of developing type 2 diabetes and atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases. An indicator was found that meets the criteria for early diagnosis of metabolic syndrome, with proven efficacy and specificity of the study.
