Difficulties in diagnosing insulinoma

Abstract

Insulinoma is harmonally active tumor of pancreatic, resulting hypoglycemia. Hypoglycemia often leads to brain dysfunction. That is why neurology symptoms is the first, and diagnostic is very difficult.
