Prevention of type 2 diabetes at the pre-diabetes stage

Abstract

The growing pandemic of diabetes poses an enormous public health challenge for almost every country across the globe. Prevention of type 2 diabetes is a major concern in many countries around the world. We have described the basic principles for the prevention of type 2 diabetes in this article. Early effective prevention can increase expectancy and quality of life, reduce social and economic costs.
