The role of various forms of vitamin D in the treatment of patients with vitamin D deficiency (clinical case)

Abstract

Currently, vitamin D deficiency is widespread. This deficiency can be masked as manifestations of asthenia and remain undiagnosed. For various reasons, many patients self-medicate, as demonstrated in the description of the clinical case. A misconception is the safety of the use of biological additives. At the same time, the use of adequate individually selected therapy regimens is able to eliminate and neutralize both clinical and laboratory manifestations of vitamin D deficiency in the shortest possible time.
