The prevention of iodine deficiency in children living in an ecologically contaminated area by using organic compounds of iodine and selenium
AbstractA study of the prevention of iodine deficiency in children living in an ecologically contaminated area was carried out. The ways of solving this problem were investigated. It is established that the use of organic compounds of iodine and selenium contribute to normalization of ioduria level and has a positive impact on the state of the pituitary-thyroid system.
