The failure of the doctor–patient relationship model as a reason for low adherence to therapy
AbstractThe problem of insufficient adherence to therapy has been posed for a long time, but remains very relevant to the present. Despite the versatility of the issue, often the blame for non-compliance with medical recommendations is placed on the patient. As part of the study, it was revealed that the behavior of the doctor and the degree of patient awareness of the course of treatment, the results of therapy and further prognosis play a key role in the effectiveness of the relationship between the doctor and the patient.
