Problems of glycaemic control at patients with diabetes mellitus types 2 on insulin therapy (part 1)
AbstractSpecial structured education program for type 2 diabetes mellitus about aspects of good injection technique can significantly correct poor insulin injection, such as using the incorrect needle length and the risk of intramuscular injections, development of lipohypertrophy/lypodystrophy and injection in the altered area, failure to comply with the time interval between ingestion and injection, and significantly improved glycemic control with genetically engineered insulin.
