Modern methods of treatment of dyslipidemia in patients with diabetes mellitus
AbstractIn patients with diabetes mellitus, the fight against mixed dyslipidemia becomes one of the important tasks of the multifactorial direction.
The aim of the work was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the use of evolocumab in patients with diabetes mellitus with mixed dyslipidemia.
In patients undergoing evolocumab therapy in 100% of cases, the level of lipid profile targets of less than 1.8 mmol/l was achieved; the level of total cholesterol decreased by 41%, the level of LDL decreased by 42%.
