Effectiveness of alpha-lipoic acid in diabetic polyneuropathy

AbstractThe data obtained so far testify to the effectiveness of intravenous induction and tableted administration of alpha-lipoic acid by patients with distal symmetric mixed sensory motor neuropathy. It affects on pathogenetic mechanisms of alpha-lipoic acid synthesis and improves patient's condition.
